In a pan, fry the lean ground meat with diced onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and tomato paste until cooked through.

In a glass container with a lid, spread a layer of the meat mixture.

Place a lasagna sheet on top of the meat, then spread a layer of Greek yogurt. Repeat these layers (meat, pasta, yogurt) a few times.

Sprinkle grated light cheese evenly over the top layer.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
