Divide the basmati rice, diced chicken breast, canned beans, corn, tomato sauce, and Greek yogurt evenly among three oven-safe containers.
Pour water into each container, add salt and spices to taste, and mix the ingredients well.
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top of each container.
Cover the containers with aluminum foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove the foil from the containers and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
